Work Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Over-time, call-in and weekend work
in a 24/7/365 continuous process environment may also be required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in continuous manufacturing process control
environment desired. Must have experience in troubleshooting, repairing,
rebuilding, replacing, installing, aligning and maintenance of belts,
pumps and motors in high RPM production machines/equipment, RPM
mechanical/hydraulic systems, welding, blueprint reading comprehension,
manual/powered tools, and rigging and lifting devices. Knowledge of
industrial safety practices in heavy industrial process manufacturing
facilities necessary. Requires a High School diploma, GED or equivalent,
the ability to read, write and speak English and a valid driver's
license. Formal apprenticeship program or equivalent desired.
Blue Heron Paper Company administers general aptitude tests. Applicants
must have the ability to communicate fluently (read, write and speak) in
English. All employment is contingent upon the successful completion of
a pre-employment drug screen.
